Re: Help identifying a hormone/function of the body, need knowledgable people!

Ok firstly, what makes you believe this is hormones? Our gut hugely effects our mood! So does Sugar simple carbs and insulin sensitivity. People go into violent rage over low blood sugar, from insulin sensitivity. Some pass out! Many violent criminals are hypoglycaemic... Others just get irritated...

If I were you I would solve two birds with one stone: sounds to me like possible leaky gut, and hypoglycaemia - btw? How is your relationship with sugars and simple carbs?

Solve these two by completely eliminating simple carbs for 6 weeks on a leaky gut protocol which means nothing like grains, dairy, sugars, honey, fruits - except lemon, fungi, and some incl fermented foods. You can eat non starchy veg but not sweet ones like tomatoes, beets, ect.

East small frequent meals, 6 times a day, Load up on greens, veg, soups, non soy proteins, and especially fats like coconut oil. This will help with your insulin sensitivity and any hypoglycaemia issues, and also help with mood due to gut flora imbalances. Also swallow garlic to fight any nasties in there.

After 6 weeks is over re introduce healthy probiotic foods esp yoghurt and healthy fermented foods.

Your mood/patience should re calibrate. And by that stage you should have better insulin sensitivity. It's important to have only every modest sweeteners now as you will be very sensitive to Sugar and should keep it light
