Magnesium intolerance

Has anyone here with AF found that they're unable to tolerate Magnesium?

When I try oral Magnesium, it 'crashes' me and worsens my hunger, hypoglycemia, dizziness, brain fog etc.

I thought I might tolerate a spray better, but just sprayed on the equivalent of 100mg and am having the exact same reaction.

I've wondered if it might be a detox reaction? Does Magnesium stimulate the immune system at all? Tweet
