sanitary conditions in US cities???

Has anyone else, at least in the US, and maybe Vancouver too or something, noticed a severe lack in sanitation standards in most cities etc.?

i have immune system condition and struggling to survive the situation. No one seems to be talking about it

what is everyone doing to get through this????

i had a terrible experience at the store today buying bottled water that turned out to be terribly unsanitary. This happens so often now - i have trouble finding a clean place to buy water!!
