Suffering from seb derm myself, the ONLY thing that has helped me so far (and this is in addition to eating a healthy diet) is to take a product called Restore (for leaky gut) A leaky gut is why we have the nasty stuff in the first place. The price at first may seem a bit high but when you consider how much you were probably spending on stuff that didn't work, this is simply pennies on the dollar. You can find it on Amazon or you can order it directly from the company itself. I do not work for the company, but as a consumer who is using it and have found it actually works, I simply want to spread the word.
