YES. I was just diagnosed, I am 20 and have been struggling with these bumps on my chest and shoulders since 13. I am so happy to read about Iodine. I will start trying it ASAP. Nothing has helped so far. I have tried accutane and all other Acne medications and creams, washes. I am at Stanford dermatology in CA trying to figure out a treatment. They recommend laser but I would like to try natural remedies first before if I do not need lasers! Such a frustrating disease to handle. I also have inflammatory issues with my knee and now ankles are swelling. They blame it on "arthritis". even though i test negative for it every time and do not have issues any where else on my body. I hope to get to the bottom of what is going on. Maybe it is all related. Tweet
