If I were you i would look into clearing, cleaning and re colonizing your gut. This is what i do with my clients. Many of them suffer from multiple auto-immune issues with varying causes. Thought I would give an update, it’s been 9 years. UC and Candida has not been a problem since the post. I can eat almost whatever I want, but I don’t. To find parasites, worms, you will have to have glows on ... and start washing and searching for details .... I’ve been on the Candida Diet for a year now but my bowel movements have still not improved. I only eat veggies, meat and olive oil. I have a bowel movement maybe twice per week. I eat bags of veggies per day but I still cannot increase my bowel movements. What are the opinions on senna? Does it have an antifungal effect? I don’t want to take a laxative with too strong an antifungal property because I’m trying to slow the rate of die off. When I go too deep into die off it will slow down my immune system.   [End]

Hi all, Super newbie here! Over the last 3 years I’ve had uveitis and fibromyalgia pretty bad. I finally put a lot of it down to candida and started the candida diet, which is going well.
