vomiting after bowel cleanse

I've taken Dr. Schulze and other Bowel Cleanses for years and never had a problem. The last couple years I find myself vomiting a couple hours after taking it. I drink even more water because of the psyllium, which I figured was the cause. But still I vomited a lot. More than that it makes me sick the whole day. Anybody know why this wouldn't happen before, but now in my mid 40's it does? I've reduced the psyllium at times and does the trick. But I know Dr. Schulze is measured out exactly. I'll try half a packet tomorrow. But still, why is it happening? Tweet
