Hi I just started one too. Im 33 my body is small and im a normal weight but my bowels are so bloated and painful with
parasites and over bacteria not using the restroom normally and feeling so sick nauseated and tired.
Ive done them in the past and really what I found the best results with is the
Hulda Clark program (wormwood/clove/black walnut). the health food store bowel cleansing powders normally they contain psyllium, bentonite, Senna etc. and work very well. there are many brands in there but mostly the same. I really do enjoy the CALMAG product works well and has little side effect feeling internally. some garlic smoothies (garlic, cayenne, lemon, avocado, water, salt in a blender and drank on empty stomach helps a lot with bacteria, of course enemas, colonics, peppermint essential oil in water to help with nausea( especially in the enema as well feels so nice and minty id say 6 drops), lots of hot teas and castor oil packs. I have used a lot of castor oil/
Turpentine in the past internally with amazing results its quite gross and should be used in small amounts to gauge reaction to it- I usually put a drop of cinnamon oil on my tongue first before eating it. all these things will bring much relief and better feeling, that and eliminating processed foods especially bread and pasta which clog the bowels and create bacteria, striving to eat fresher and cleaner food. lots of fruit and fruit juice, lots of hot teas and
Epsom Salt baths. I heard lately about sea moss and fulvic acid I will add this to my regimen soon and try some
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement Which I have little experience with. :) some people have had great results doing the slow food grade hydrogen peroxide and water regimen starting with 2 drops int the morning. but my stomach is sooo sensitive to anything that makes me feel ill sometimes I feel its too strong for me. but I will try it in time when im more cleared out. one thing that helps me feel better immediately as well is 3 drops of oregano oil in water and drank down I feel so much more alive and energized. bacteria makes us tired weak and all hosts of psychological issues.
the mood and over all body health begins and ends in the intestines and when it becomes over filled with fungus bacteria virus our mood and health diminish quickly. of course then we want to get some prebiotic foods to feed and create a good bacterial environment inside of us which takes a lot of time and effort but health is wealth and there is no good life without good health.
