Right abdominal pain/discomfort could be liver related. Insufficient Choline can cause fatty liver. BTW choline is essential to prioritized liver detox processes which are a part of all these types of illnesses. BTW I had pain on the right side and supplementing with additional choline and Inositol resolved it for me. Milk thistle also helped me as well. I use quite large amounts of milk thistle extract.
