Re: Coffee enema upset digestion

Hi...it sounds as if you are just having a fairly good detox reaction. If you have only recently started the coffee enemas then you need to try and do at least two a week and make sure you do some water only enemas straight afterwards to make sure you have stimulated the bile duct well enough. I have been doing coffee enemas for at least six years now and they have been the best detox for me. After leaving the coffee inside for about 15 mins, evacuate as much as you can then try to instill about a litre of warm water whilst lying on your right side then lie on your back and massage your tummy in a clockwise motion then roll on to your right side for two minutes then stand and evacuate on the loo. Keep doing the water enemas until you can easily fill your bowel with a litre of water (it takes some practice)and this will wash out and stimulate the bile duct, (you can hear the bile duct releasing the bile) so that you get a good evacuation. This whole process takes me about an hour each time i do it but i will feel that my bowels are completely clean. If you are new to all this it will take time for you to become less toxic and more used to doing enemas as they can be tricky initially. The coffee will upset and kill off some parasites etc and it will give you some digestive issues at first but as time goes on then the enemas will be helpful and boost your immune system.
