I felt this too when I first started my roundworm (ascaris) cleanse. Luckily it only lasted the first month of my cleanse. The worst was feeling them inside my nose, it felt like little hairs in my nose but I couldn’t get rid of them. Damn, I had non-stop eye infections as well, red eye that wouldn’t go away. Having sun, without burning, actually helps a lot. The key to gaining vitamin D from the sun though is not washing the parts of your body that were exposed to the sun for 24-48 hours. Thought I would give an update, it’s been 9 years. UC and Candida has not been a problem since the post. I can eat almost whatever I want, but I don’t. But I can eat fruit daily, milk daily, some bread, ice cream, beer once a month. Liver hepatitis/cancer has also not been a problem, with liver flushes every 3-4 months. You’re right, you have to get to the root of the problem. The root of the problem is your overall gut flora, which cannot be corrected merely by probiotics. For the lymph I have been using a far infrared sauna, which I still use. Exercise is cheaper and better though. I’ve always been athletic and had no problem sweating, so this aspect has never been a problem for me. Hi there, btw, I don’t recommend Nystatin as a long term solution, but it’s good as an indication that you have Candida and short term (a few years). Also, please note that I recently found out why other Candida solutions didn’t work for me, they actually react negatively to my body (found through O-ring testing/naturopath). Probiotics can definitely cause rash. Stop taking it for a week and start again but at a much smaller dose and see what happens. You don’t want to start too fast with probiotics, it can lead to serious infections and create other problems. As it turns out, not all parasite cleanses work the same. I did a number and it wasn’t until I took the ”Premier Lab Parastat” for a month that I completely removed them. I did that while using a coffee enema (combined with parastat) once a week. Also, castor oils packs on my stomach once a week, to draw out the eggs. That seemed to have done the trick. Like the others said, very bad idea to chelate with the fillings in. The best you can do is use zeolite to remediate the damage being done, but it’s expensive and just helps to minimize the damage at best. What you want to look for is an IAOMT dentist to remove the fillings, to do it properly. If you can find a relatively cheap one in the US, that’s great. It’s summer, so I try to get outside a lot. Unless you are taking calcium supplements, it’s very hard to take too much calcium. You have to get into the 3000mg range to do that. I drink more than a litre of raw milk a day, no calcium problems. Nah, fats don’t feed Candida. However, some people with Candida have an intolerance for certain ”sulfur foods” (meats, eggs, dairy, nuts, broccoli, and many more) because they have mercury poisoning. Take virgin coconut oil or even some extra virgin olive oil, they’re both fats. I doubt your face would swell. Did you try raw (organic) eggs? Many people do not do well having ALA or LA as their first chelator. It either doesn’t work for them or their symptoms become too strong. If I was doing chelation, I’d start with DMSA (100mg per day max) for the first 6 rounds and then do a combination of DMSA/ALA afterwards. I’ve been reading and there are a few other things I should mention. Mercury does not show up in blood tests in most mercury toxic people. Mercury is stored in the tissues. Mercury only shows in the blood when you have acute poisoning. There is a lot of mercury in fish, bigger fish containing more mercury. Buffered vitamin C is a form of vitamin C that is neutral PH, which means that you can take extremely large doses of it and your body will tolerate it. Stick with what you’re doing and forget about baking soda. What you’re doing is really good nutrition for the liver, it’s not really a liver flush though. I had my amalgams removed using IAOMT protocols, had them removed sequentially, replaced them with a biocompatible filling, and so far the results 6 months later have been fantastic! I’m mercury toxic and I’ve been reading chelation protocols now for over 6 months. From what I’ve read so far, hands down, DMSA is the best way to go. 100 mg per day, start slow. I’ll be taking 12.5 mg every 4 hours, day and night, for 3 days, 11 days off. Quick note here. When you excrete metals through your urine, it is NOT showing you your body burden of metals, it’s merely showing you what metals you are excreting, at that moment. Heavy metals hide each other in layers and sometimes it’s like peeling an onion. In other words, in my first 6 months of chelation I might be excreting lead and in month 7 I might all of a sudden start excreting mercury, when the lead is gone.
