I used to thread my eyebrows, honestly, the hair barely grew back. I assure you that if you do this it will not grow back thicker. Perhaps it may look darker. But Hair growth is an inside process. Try an epilator. It has changed my life, no more slave to the razor. I never had like noticeable hair in odd places, just seemed my leg, inner thigh, and up my belly was thicker and more than most woman would have. Laser hair removal and electrolysis is usually considered semi-permanent, it needs follow ups and maintenance. If you were my daughter, I’d encourage you to go and get the hair removed via laser. It’s very expensive, but you can look around for deals and start with small areas at a time. Then do the next area when you replenish your money supply. There are lots of things you can do to slow the growth/get rid of the hair. Laser tx can be highly effective as well as electrolysis for longer permanent results but you may need to save up for that. It points to dysfunction of the HPA. Low or high cortisol is not so much due to over or underfunctioning adrenals, but has to do with a mixed up or broken feedback loop.
