what can i use to cure dark spots on my chin due to shaving ..

i have facial hair on my chin and i dnt kno how to stop it. its rily much and grows each day. and cos i shave it , it gives me black bumps on ma chin making it look so weird and urgly and i wonna kno what to use to remove the dark spots on my chin due to shaving asap and to stop the hair from over growing....
