Re: Herbal cures or home remedies for hirsutism?

This is my experience in the last few months. I hope it will be helpful for someone. I know how frustrating and embarressing this problem is.
I had excess facial hair esp. the chin line and bit of a "mustace" which was darker on one side.
I usually had to tweeze about 100 hairs per day!
As I got older, all the peach fuzz on my face started growing darker and longer.
I finally remembered some advice from Curezone.
I believe this was in the "Ask Dr Sutter" forum several yrs ago.
He sais to use maca. I bought maca powder and took about 1tsp, maybe a little more, in water each day.
After about 1-1/2 months I noticed the hair growth was lighter.
Now I dont even have to tweeze every day! Also the hairs on the rest of my face are not growing as long or as aggressively as they were before.
I also add progesterone cream when I think of it, once a day, about 1/2 tsp rubbed into skin around neck or breast or inside of arms.
The Progest cream I got from Puritan Pride and the maca powder I think I got from Amazon.
There are maca pills but those have fillers in them also.
I believe the maca helps balance hormones.
But I'm not a dr. and I have no financial interest in maca or progesterone cream or Puritan Pride or Amazon.

Just hope this helps someone.
Blessings, Paws
