You are really wonderful people ... but I still have 2 major problems - 1, I keep testing my blood
Sugar today and it went down to 52!! I knew I was having hypoglycemia on top of everything else but the conundrum is that to CURE hypoglycemia you eat protein and complex carbs only but I can't process nearly ANY food. In fact, this bought of hypo was brought on by trying to drink a protein shake. It's almost as if food is CAUSING the hypoglycemia!! One of the ONLY things that sits well is white rice but egads - won't that just make the hypo worse????
I hear you about eating raw but eat WHAT exactly? Fruit is OUT. Steamed or cooked Veggies have been out (although I did have a raw salad once and did ok, even brown rice and buckwheat noodles have caused problems for me...it's like I don't process them. They stay in my stomach forever and sometimes cause nausea so great that I vomit, the food still in tact after 6 or more hours!! All the vomiting for the past 6 months cant be good either. I just did another salt push and do feel something instant from it... I will say I have ALWAYS craved salt and I have ALWAYS had low blood pressure... So please, can you give me a sample diet? I am totally lost and confused over this food issue!
Finally, if you had to go somewhere and totally start over, anywhere in the world where you were going to get your body healthy the natural way - where would you go and where would you stay? I have always felt sick inside rooms... if it was safe for a woman to sleep outside, I would do that. God bless you, and thank you for taking me and my problems so seriously. I really don't think I can go another day without some hope...
