there are two and a quarter grams of Iodine in a 180 count bottle of iodoral, 12.5mg pills. that is not enough to kill you, though it may make you wish you were if you took it all at once. the adult lethal dose is generally agreed to be 3-4 grams. that would take some effort.

you took 112.5mg of iodine. this is not even close to an overdose. the suggested dose of KI in case of a radiological event is 130mg. that is about 100 mg of iodine.

look at it this way - you are ready for a terrorist attack.

i take that much Iodine sometimes four or five times a day. however...

iodoral gets into the system a little better it seems. the emotional difficulties you are encountering are quite real. it is caused by the toxins being loosened all at once, in particular bromide. bromide will cause a psychosis. lay off the hostess cupcakes and orange crush. Tweet
