I can see you have come a long way in just the time since the first post - from having such dark thoughts, and considering death to this last post of thinking about your future.
The only time you have is Now.
The future will take care of itself if you take care of Now. It won't do you any good to eat if you are so emotional. Don't worry about the hypoglycemia. It will correct itself. Don't keep trying to raise your
Sugar level. You must deal with the emotions and get a really good attitude. Then your food will digest better. It will never digest as long as you are on an emotional roller coaster.
The Master Cleanse is lemon juice, molasses and cayenne. My salt drink is lemon juice, salt and cayenne over ice. I figure one can live for a long time on either of those, even omitting the cayenne.
Don't try to jump into a diet. What is good for you now may not be good for you weeks or months down the line. Remember the word "Transient." You have to become like a 12 stepper, one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time. Eat whatever you want to as long as it is natural, or just stay on the salt drink for a day, or two, or three until your body and emotions calm down. You don't need to eat three times a day right now. Eat only when you are super calm, not just calm.
What you can tolerate or not today may not be the same things you can tolerate or not next week.

You probably are really smart, and detail oriented. You have an active mind. You have to put that aside right now. Stop thinking. Stop feeling. When the thoughts and feelings come in, tell them to go away and choose peace. Do whatever is in front of you. Don't put yourself under any stress right now.
Every emotional feeling has a physical reaction. When you are anxious, jittery, angry, scared, you are filling your body with chemicals that are not good for you, chemicals that will destroy your body. You are flooding your body with chemicals with every up and down of the emotional roller coaster.

You are right that your body is probably not digesting the food. You are probably even right that your liver is damaged. So what? All that is in the past. You are starting over. It is possible that your anxiety has caused a lot of the problems.
