Re: I would love to have support. What is your experiencing with fasting?
Don't be so frustrated with fasting. I would buy a new scale, it seems a bit bizarre with the constant gaining 3 - 5 pounds. I'm on the second day of fasting, I cheat big time yesterday but I was spared and i didn't gain any weight. You shouldn't gain any weight from fasting, so if the scale says you did, it's wrong. If you start getting up to only half a pound a day, I would certainly suggest doing a bit more physical activity (but not up to the point where you go to the gym.. you need to conserve energy), drinking some more water as well, and more sleep. If it's too hot and humid in your bedroom, put in a fan, use lighter sheets or turn on the air conditioner. I would shower once or twice a day as well. Toxins are released from your skins pores as well.
What I would suggest if you feel discouraged is to sit down in a pleasurable area, and imagine yourself at 130 pounds. Imagine every single feature of your body and how you would look. The curves, the slender clothing you would fit into, everyone staring at you. Everything. Also, stand in the shower and take long deep breaths while thinking to yourself how you want to lose this weight so badly and how fast it'll come off.
I mean to lose 100
pounds would take at least two years with dieting and exercise, but with fasting it takes up to 40 days. Are you listening? 40 DAYS. By then it would be July and you can go out in a bikini on the beach, get a nice tan, eat right, and feel so good about it. Even if you use a diet pill it won't work as fast as fasting. You just can't get discouraged or fustrated with this. You have to relax and keep yourself disiplined. That's the only way to do this.
I am fasting as well and these are my stats so far:
SW: 153
CW: 149
GW: 120 - 130 (I'm not exactly sure how I will look when I reach 130. If I am satisfied, I will stay there still lose just a bit more because I'll gain about 2-4
pounds of weight when I stop fasting. If I'm not satisfied I'll continue on to 125, then 120, so on and so forth.)
Feel free to email me about anything.
