Day 14. Wow. Still on and still doing okay. It's not all easy, and last night was hot, humid and difficult to sleep, so I think I feel its effects much more while fasting than not, but all in all doing fine. Making dinner for the family remains tricky, but have been handling it well enough without feeling a need to "sample" everything I cook. There's tension at work for other reasons, and I feel it distracting and more difficult because of the fast. But I've got so close to going below 200 pounds I am really encouraged to keep it up. (Of course also really discouraged - HOW did I let myself get here?)
