Day 9. Going fairly well. Pretty much no urge to break this fast except maybe for the entertainment value of tasting something. When I see or smell foods I want to taste them. When I'm bored at work I want to take a break and taste something. BUT I'm not actually wanting to eat them -- I'm not hungry. Just need distraction or something to hold my interest. This was a hard day for that since I got little sleep the night before. I do know better, but something cmae up and I am really feeling it today. Note to self: Enough sleep is essential. Don't let other stuff interfere with getting enough sleep.
