Day 11. Weight loss seems to have slowed to a pound a day. Disappointing after the initial rapid loss, but still something I can live with. I've started walking a little regularly - surprising how much effort that takes - but not sure what else I might do to try to speed things up at all. Seems somehow patently unfair that I can binge eat and put on many pounds in a day, but cannot lose more than one. Oh well, evolutionarily it makes sense. I'm feeling good. Not looking any better yet that I can tell, but the feeling will have to do for now.
Curious if anyone is following this thread at all? Am I spouting to no one?
