Day 10. Passed the mythical 20 pound mark at last. After the fast (pun) start I had no idea it would take this long. Makes me worry how long it will take to lose it all. In any case I think I have got a better handle on sleep now. Amazing how important it is. I remember reading about weight gain linked to too little sleep and I wonder if that is going on too. Compound effect? In any case, feeling much better after getting somewhat caught up on sleep. Plan to do more sleeping in the next few days and stay on top of this. (Oh, and that nasty scale gave me a reading of 208 this morning - which is gaining weight while fasting? - so I tried again to get the 205. For an inanimate object it has a perverse sense of humor.)
