Day 6. Weight loss is slowing, which I suppose is to be expected. I tell myself that biological processes are slow. It took a long time to accumulate this much extra weight. It makes sense that it takes a long time to lose it. I am a bit tired all the time, but otherwise feeling good. I had to move to a new notch on my belt today, which is very encouraging. I don't yet fit in any of my old clothes (yes, I did try hoping for the best) but hopefully that will come eventually. The process is slow but it is working.
