Day Four. What a good day! I feel great. Completly past hunger and out of the fog. Focused, energetic, wow I feel good. Had an awkward lunch meeting where everyone but me was eating, but got through okay - and wasn't tempted by any of the food. Good I think.
My weight is still dropping, though there likely is a plateau coming somewhere. One thing I have noticed is that my scale is not too accurate. If I weight myself twice in the same minute I may get a weight that is up to two pounds heavier or lighter. I'm not sure if this is an advantage or a disadvantage. Will I be discouraged if the rate of loss decreases - or will I be able to continue through it based on the knowledge my scale is at best approximate. Anyone have suggestions for whether a truly accurate scale is necessary or not?
