Day 12. Still going fairly well. I'm settled down to a much more sedate pound a day weight loss. Too bad, that initial rapid loss was thrilling. On the other hand took me years to get this heavy, so seems reasonable to slowly get rid of it. I went from my regular clothes to buying a new set of fat clothes to needing to buy another new set of fat-fat clothes. I'm still stuck in the fat-fat stuff, but hopeful I may be able to move to fat clothes soon. That would be a thrill. Otherwise trying to stay on focus and (most importantly) get enough sleep. It's amazing how much my body seems to want to sleep.
