Day two. My head is starting to clear. Also got great sleep last night. Somewhere between 24 and 72 hours I felt horrible before, which I think was my body switching to use fat burning pathways. I hope this was a quicker transition.
Today I expect to be relatively free of hunger pangs except I need to go to a work conference tonight which will be open bar and piles of food. Even what I'm not fasting open bar and unlimited free (very tasty) food can be a problem for me. Wish me luck.
This is my first time on this forum. How does the support work? Do we somehow pair up into fasting buddies or what?
