Day 8. Any yes the scale is aggravating. Today was a fun day. Did a little bike riding. Didn't break fast when one of my favorite smells (pizza) was all over the house. Still somehow gained 2 pounds. How can you gain 2 pounds on just water? Sometimes it just doesn't make sense. I blame the scale. Never the less, I am pleased with how much weight is dropping and how fast, even with the little setback today. What I am NOT HAPPY with is how did I let myself get were. I have so so much still to lose. Didn't I notice gaining the 20 pounds, 30 pounds, 40 etc pounds in the first place? I've got to think of a good way to insure I don't get back this far from what my weight should be. Yikes.
