I'm writing because you mention Primal Defense. I bought the book, The IBD Remission Diet by Jini Patel Thompson. Tucked inside was a page that had been inserted later that contained a warning by the authr about Primal Defense and Homeostatic Soil Organisms in general. I've searched the Internet and can only see that the parent company, Garden of Life, has been marketing this product like crazy. Maybe it's creating an exagerated "need" for it as I suddenly see it everywhere? I wondered if anyone else had heard anything bad about Primal Defense or Homeostatic Soil Organism probiotics in general? Is there another thread on this site that discusses this subject?
