Yes, I agree most seem to have
food allergies when they have candida overgrowth.
When the feelers (fungus) pokes through the gut or intestines you will experience leaky gut and as the candida is dieing off and the leaky gut starts to heal you most likely would be able to start eating more foods.
There are people who have allergies to food that do not have candida overgrowth but other health issues some may just need some good
Liver Flushes none the less I wouldnt be eating what you know is producing
food allergies as your body is crying out to you to stop eating it.
After elliminating your overgrowth and if you still have the allergies I would recommend looking into the
Blood Type Diet and see how many of the foods you are having problems with are a no no for your blood type.
Global also states you do not have to change your diet but they do recommend one to eat healthy and if you chose to eat sugars its going to take you a bit longer for Threelac to work then if you cut out the sweets and eat healthy. This is what Global had told me in the past.
I personally would never make the statment one can eat whatever they want while taking Threelac and fighting candida because I have found through this whole process how important it is to try to change your eating habits to regain a healthier life sytle.
I am trying myself to eat healthier and balance my diet more but I always when asked if a person needs to change their diets will say I would try to cut out the processed and
Sugar foods drink lots of water and take digestive enzymes while taking Threelac and fighting candida overgrowth.
I also will never say Threelac will work 100% on everyone. I have been selling since jan 2003 and was introducded myself back in Nov 2002 and started taking it at that time. I have seen it help many and I also have heard when it has not seemed to make a differance for some.
For the most part I feel if one takes it long enough it will get rid of the overgrowth for most people BUT I also feel that the Oxygen elements is very important for many to take along with the Threelac.
Global says that the Threelac really goes after the strain of candida called albicans.
So I would try to cut out the sweets and processed and stay away from whatever you are allergic to at this time and let your body heal itself you put to much added strain on with bad foods.
God Bless, Raider
