I'm thrilled with Threelac so far. I've just started on my third can and it has stopped my diarrhea and substantially reduced my terrible gassiness. It has helped me where many other probiotics didn't seem to make much difference.
The only thing I wonder about is when to cut down or get off it. I have been able to kick the caffiene habit but I am still having terrible trouble with Sugar cravings. So I do have to have something with Sugar in it every day. I'm just so weak! I'm always looking for something to make me feel better - serotonin seeking. I know this doesn't help my cause at all and my symptoms will probably just come back.
I guess with the Threelac you just have to do your research, decide if it might help you and give it a try. Good luck!
