if you really want to be sure. find a good prevenatative medice doctor and convince him to give you 30 pills of diflucan (or order some lamisil on the net) (you'll drop some bucks but it works). get some Nystatin -AND NOT THE CORNSTARCH DILUTED JUNK FROM THE PHARMACY. if your doctor does not have a source then make sure your pharmacy special orders the concentrated (real) stuff.

take the 30 pills over a 60 day period and pay attention to everything else like diet. trust me, there is nothing special about 3-lac. 3lac is just a very effective pyramid scheme.
