Products like 3LAC (pyramid scheme) need people like me to "temper" the hype.

i state uncertainty because that is the truth ----this is the way it should be. 3lac wants to sell their product so the info is going to be one-sided.

you are correct, some probiotics are dead.

the best test is to get a $19.00 yogurt maker, put 2 oz of water in a glass with some FOS and 2 pills. 3 to 4 hours later if the probiotic is good then the water will have a sour/acidic taste to it (lactic acid????)(fermentation). i have had success with this method.

i am going to try it with the 3 lac but i might get skewed results due to the lemon powder.
