Re: THREE-LAC QUESTION
It seems to me by looking at the ingredients that three lac is nothing more then a rather simple and lackluster probiotic, and that kefir, which contains many different bacterial strains in larger amounts, would be just as beneficial or more beneficial then three lac. What makes the bacterial strains in three lac so unique? It only contains two or three strains, from what I can see... and one strain of a bacteria isn't going to be particularly more effective then another strain of the same bacteria.
Oxygen Elements Plus, on the other hand, is a different story. It takes a route to oxygenation of the body that very few other makers of oxygen supplements have done. Most oxygen supplements are composed of peroxides or chlorites that are immediately assimilated in the stomach and intestines, with the actual amount reaching the bloodstream in question depending on the quantity taken. Using hydrogen sulfate ions will allow assimilation into the bloodstream and a delayed reaction in release of oxygen, as the hydrogen sulfate reacts with various positively charged radicals in the bloodstream. This product might well be worth the money for what it does. I would have to test it first, and probably will.
How many that said they were taking three lac were taking oxygen elements plus (Hydroxygen) with it? If so, you might be able to save yourself money by going the route of kefir (which I haven't tried yet, but intend to) and still taking the hydroxygen.
