Re: THREE-LAC QUESTION

3-LAC is acceptable but there is nothing great about it. It is horribly over-priced and over-hyped. You can get the same probiotics from much cheaper sources. In fact there are only 3 bacteria in it. i know it works because it gave me bad gas the first night i took it.

Vsl#3 is a much wiser choice --you get approx. 25x's the amount of bacteria for the same price. Primal Defense is another excellent probiotic.

Hydroxygen is a product that i am very uncertain of. Maybe it works maybe it doesn't. My friend thinks it stopped a frequent urination problem. I'm taking it because it has a money back guarantee (trust me, i'm getting a refund).

It is too difficult to tell if it does anything.

the active ingredient is sulfuric acid. however, the sulferic acid is made from either heavy water or heavy hydrogen (the hydrogen contains a neutron). Normal hydrogen has no neutrons and 1 proton. This extra neutron has been proven in labs to slow down reactions. suppossedly the idea is to start a free radical cascade in motion throughout the body.

Will it do what they claim???? probably not but maybe it does. overall I don't think i would put it at the top of my list of supplements that i would try.

p.s. one of the guys behind the company is a real whack job. he was sent to prison and his tales sound like they come from some rubber room at a psyche ward. to be fair, ed mccabe is also very innovative and is quite good at thinking outside the box.
