I know you are doing some of these things already but I found this website and when I read your post I thought I'd post it anyway....thought it might help.

Just wanted to suggest taking magnesium tarate or glycinate to help you relax and hopefully get some sleep...I'm taking this and it does help and inositol also...

I'm dealing with the exhausted adrenals after coming off anti depressants and am doing most of what james has mentioned and more...
