Re: adrenal exhaustion and insomnia

I too suffer from severe anxiety and slight insomnia! The anxiety has been really bad for 6 months, but unbearable for the last 4. I even ended up in a psych ward because of it!! I have always had a ton of stress in my life, and then when I got epstein barr a year ago it just killed my adrenals. I have done so many things: accupuncture, scenar therapy, rife therapy, raw foods diet, chiropractic ajustements and supplementation, reiki and other energetic healing, flushes and cleanses, and have seen MINOR improvment on my condition over the past year. I just started urine therapy 3 days ago and am seeing some really promising improvments over my anxiety, fatigue, and insomia. I'm hoping that this works because I'm at the end of my straw!!! Tweet
