Maybe you're doing too much thinking on it and should just enjoy what you have. (You are more active now than I was in my twenties.) So.... my numbers will mean nothing to you and won't help you..
Continually thinking and worrying about sex and how you might not be adequate makes you want more to prove that you are adequate, and your body is now "geared" up to this activity after all these years..... when maybe you really don't need it quite so often and your body needs a rest.
So skip a day or two in between for a while and see what happens.
