'Sounds to me like you can ditch the bandaging (unless it's for comfort) whenever you want to, as once they've stopped draining there's really not much you can put ON them that'll get INTO them (if you know what I mean). Actually some sunlight and fresh air might do it a world of good.

My recommendation is to keep taking the echinacea until there's 'zero sign' of infection or swelling, but it sounds to me like you've basically knocked it out.
