Hi Uni,

I buy Herb Pharm products most of the time, but I only buy oregano oil and Cayenne at the present... I guess I am soon to add to that :-)

You have educated me some, thank you! It is a jungle out there and to even wade through a fraction of it is a full time job and I cannot afford that kind of time and research... I already put 2 - 3 hours of study a day into this effort.

I need all the help I can get; once again you have been very helpful... do you have an idea on dose; how to take?
