Re: Carbuncle Update

Hair to your waist? That's major groovy-cool :) My hubby's is just a bit past shoulder length but not thick enough anymore for much but a lil' ponytail. It's his fantastic beard that keeps me hangin' around (grin). And in 2-3 more inches, my hair'll be waist-length, too! (He's 52, I'm about to turn 47).

I play keyboards and hubby plays bass & acoustic 12-string...if you tell me you play drums and your wife is a vocalist (or vice versa), we're on our way to kidnap you and bring you to the farm here in Iowa. We could have us the makin's of a great band AND a commune! (grin...your wife won't stand a chance!) Heck, we don't suffer from insanity out here, we enjoy it!

Well, it sounds like you're making good headway...a teaspoon of "zit squeezin's" (especially followed with good clean blood) means the healing has begun! And that colonic is scheduled at a really good time. You'll have to pardon my 'sense of humor' (it can be kinda blunt/crass, especially for a gal, I know)...but I spent a LOT of time on my grandparents farm growing up, and I loved to help with the livestock. When you've helped lance an abscess on a cow's butt (and other such lovely farm jobs), you get a whole different perspective than most of the world.

I agree about lymphatic; boils (and any chronic infection) are definitely that! I'm just so focused right now on my liver, that I didn't even think to mention it. I just keep reading and learning about all the liver actually does, and it seems more and more important to get that healed before adding another task of cleansing and strengthing the lymphatic system. I just read somewhere that the liver keeps a "stash" of fresh blood, always at the ready for when we exert ourselves or our blood needs replenished with new. And when the liver is clogged, that blood is released much more slowly and ineffectively than it should be (and probably has to go through the junk to get out). And since circulation and blood flow are a major part of the lymph system, I'm thinking I've just GOT to get my liver back to optimal working order. I read that post on the Breaking News forum about the lady with the children from Canada that tested so toxic after she'd worked so hard to keep them toxin-free...and it just pressed the point home to me & hubby, we've got to give more attention to our livers. Even out here in rural Iowa, it seems "clean" but we're surrounded with toxins from the fields. ('Not trying to convince you of anything, just chattin' & ramblin' :)

Keep me updated; if I think of anything else to consider, I'll let you know.

Flush ON!
