I have mixed feelings... to clarify; my doctor put me on ABs for three days to help shrink the carbuncle/cyst/lypoma and then go at it. Today while going at it (a ton of crap came out) he said it was way too big (about the size of a large egg) and deep for him to do in the office (he did not have any cauterizing equipment and he thinks it may go down into the muscle). I see the General Surgeon tomorrow and will have a talk with him. In the meantime, after I eat dinner, I will go out and buy the Echinacea and give it a start.

How much do I take? Will it affect the coagulation of the blood if I decide to go forward with the surgery (it will most likely be a local, but I do not know this yet...
