Re: Vegan diet best for cleansing? Best vegan protein?

I have never had any meat or fish or chicken in my life, neither did my forefathers for 5000+ years
I have not said that it is necessary or beneficial to eat meat for all humans, but it make sense that depending on your ancestors diet, it is probably beneficial (my ancestors are most likely from the north of europe, they probably ate mamals/birds/fishes/insects/eggs during the winter months, there is nothing else here...)
All of them are meat eaters. They get sick but I do not, well, seldom get sick.
Please open your mind to what i try to explain : it is not only about the food but also about how it is prepared (how it is cooked, with which others ingredients), for example it seems that fried foods or grilled foods or foods which have been cooked at a too high temperature, have their molecules altered and then it becomes harmful.

So when you say meat eater, it is not precise enough, i bet that some of them don't eat meat only and i bet that they prepare/cook their meat maybe in an harmful way or with with others ingredients...

If you still think that all humans should eat the same thing regardless of their survival and adaptations in different environments for thousands of years, i don't know what else to say...
Learn about the different ethnies who have survived on this planet in different environments, many of them have people who managed to reach an old age (100+years) in a healthy enough state.

all herbivores have long convulated intestines to digest plant based foods. Meat eaters have very straight intestines. They also have much stronger acid in their stomach than humans.
This is not that simple, some animals eat mostly plants but also a little of mamals/birds/fishes/insects/eggs, (chimpanzee and bonobos too)
Animal proteins are very heavy and toxic for us.
If this was true, the ethnies who eat mamals/birds/fishes/insects/eggs would not live past 100 years without medical care... Reality shows the contrary...
Also you cannot say that all animals meats are the same, it depends on how the animal has lived (what he breathed, what he drank, what he ate, what his skin was in contact with, what was his mental and emotional state, what was his parasites load...)
Again this is not that simple.
If we did not have weapons to kill an animal it would be extremely difficult to kill that animal with our own hands and mouths.
This again is partly true but partly false, you think like this because humans have become lazy and weak because of organized agriculture and organized animals breeding. But before this, i bet that a human in the wild, well trained, was a very powerful predator.

(chimpanzee also use tools but in a more primitive way than humans)
Again this is not that simple.

I understand that it is annoying to kill an animal but we can't deny what happened in the past and what still happen in some ethnies who live in the old ways...

If you have some time, take a look at this tv series, you will see which foods they have access to in the wild (of course it depends on the environment...) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItkFNexQIro

And i insist that i prefer plant foods and i am against the suffering of animals, but i can't change reality to suit my ideals...
