Re: Vegan diet best for cleansing? Best vegan protein?
This makes little sense when you are speaking to a man whose family has been vegetarian for 5000 years
How can you be sure ?
What do you think will happen to you if you stop eating meat, you will disintegrate or something?
I have not eaten meat for more than one year, i was ok, but i have lost muscle mass and strength. (compared to before) And eating too much starch (during the winter months) made me has obstructed as mc dougall (mr glue)
I mean, what exactly is your position here since you are basically stating that you have to eat meat even though you don't want to, what is up with that? That makes zero sense my friend.
I want to find the truth and nourrish my body optimally but at the same time respect the animals as much as i can. (protect them, help them to survive, help them to eat well, help them to stay clean, help them to have live in appropriate environments, but if i need to kill some and to eat some in order to improve my health, i will)
You are speaking to Archus, he is a Brahman and knows much about "ethnies" which I think you continue to spell incorrectly and actually mean, ethnicities.
ethnies seem to be in the english dictionnary that i have here. (a group of people who share similar attributes, diet, habits, traditions, etc...) Maybe "race" is more appropriate for what i want to describe (similar attributes, constitution, because their ancestors have lived in the same environments, with the same diet, the same habits, and their bodies have adapted to these)
Ethnicities have zero to do with the physiological design of human beings who all share the same basic digestive system, dental design and opposable thumbs which are perfect for picking fruit and eating and digesting plants.
"Races" may be a more appropriate description of what i want to say.
Depending on your ancestors you will have capabilities, resistances, weaknesses, different than me, especially after thousands of year of adapting to different environments. Even if we share a common ancestor, a long time ago. (if assume evolution is true)
If we were to "need" meat for our health, I do believe we would have been given claws, fangs and been excited by the smell of blood and guts like real carnivores.
No because my ancestors have used fire to cook the meat and when it is cooked with fire/smoke it tastes good and it is easier to chew and to digest. Those who wanted to eat only fruits and salads, have probably died during the winter months...
The general public is dying and suffering beyond comprehension from this "meat" based diet we have all had pushed on us.
The cause of the problem is rather the industrial way to feed, to , to treat, mammals/birds/fishes and also how these foods are prepared/cooked (with
additives like too much sugar, too much salt, too much fat, too much dense/sticky starches, too much sticky dairy, too much hormones, too much
Antibiotics , too much pesticides, and sometimes cooked in a way which alter the molecules and make them harmful too grilled/fried/carbonised)

you don't have to go join a tribe to be healthy, you can do HCRV and you will be outrunning that wild tribe in a year.
I doubt it. The HCRV diet is possible only because of modern technology (irrigation, fertilizers, greenhouses, transportation, pesticides).
I also eat and like fresh green leaves and fresh fruits, but i don't think it is enough.
