Re: Rename the 'AF' support forum to Starvation Fatigue

Regardless if where you stand on adrenal fatigue - diet is already a part of peoples treatment for it

"Proper nutrition is crucial to keeping your body balanced. Fluctuating blood Sugar levels causes the body to secrete excess cortisol, robbing the body of energy. That’s why maintaining consistent balance of blood Sugar levels is important. Plan to eat small, healthy meals and snacks consistently throughout the day to avoid fluctuation of your blood Sugar levels."

In the past few weeks a study was released on a new virus that effects intelligence that is estimated to effect 40% of the population.

The medical community is still in its infancy even with big advancements it has had.

A lot of dieases that effect millions of people they haven't found a cure for yet so for anyone to think they know everything would seem kind of ignorant and if a majority of people on a health forum who are dealing with these issues themselves disagree with an opinion on their disease there could be a reason for that.

Also why should people listen to you? Do you have a medical degree? Have you met people outside the internet that's been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue? Has anyone come here and said they tried your diet and got better? These are questions someone practicing medicine might ask when they hear your claims.
