Only one way for you to really know: count your calories. Otherwise, everything else is just speculation.

Yes, I know under-eating is not the only cause of hypothyroidism (you're the one assuming I think otherwise). I'm just saying for the people here who have the symptoms listed for "AF" that their hypothyroid was caused by under-eating because the symptoms listed for "AF" are actually the symptoms of starvation and starvation causes hypothyroid. It's a no-brainer.

I'm curious though, from that link you posted about other causes of hypothyroid, which one of those do you think is the cause to your hypothyroid?

You can be resistant to what I'm trying to say is causing your problems all you want, but let me remind you that Faith needlessly suffered an extra 6-7 long months from the time I told her she was under-eating until she finally accepted the truth. All the kicking, screaming, fighting, name-calling, and being in denial didn't help her out one bit. Tweet
