Hypothyroidism messes up adrenal function, and vice versa. That is where both thyroid disease and adrenal "fatigue" come in. You completely ignored my theory about circadian rhythm, but I'll bring it up once again to demonstrate my point. My theory sounds valid, doesn't it? As valid as yours, right? All symptoms of disturbed sleep can potentially cause all those broad symptoms, and more. That seems like a no-brainer. Yet in your mind, your theory is somehow the one that seems not only the most likely, but the most common? I'm assuming that you think this way because you seem confident enough to rename the Adrenal Fatigue forum (and perhaps the Hypothyroid forum as well now), ascribing calorie-restriction as the cause of all endocrine problems?
