Thankyou so much, sometimes the generosity of strangers is enough to make the day that little bit more bearable :)

I never used to live on a more 'normal' diet being that I was a veggie for 12 years and vegan for two (allergy to milk) , the diet actually helps me not to be hungry all the time but I think I would avoid the book personally for me, only because I know eating any form of Sugar or fruit spaces me out so much it wouldn’t be pretty at all. I know my metabolic rate is severe slowed, having no glucose is quite silly, but I have yet to read a 'specialist' who says Sugar is a good idea. Im not a therapist or a doctor so I have to put trust in others that claim they are unfortunately (not that its heped so far)). I have toyed with the idea of going down a 80 10 10, so if i was going to go for Sugar it would probably be that way, it makes more sense overall, but as i mentioned to natway below, in this fragile state it might bring my temperature up but might do more damage. My temperature is always 35.7 - 35.9 ,sometimes dropping to 35.6.

But thank you so so much for offer of the magnesium, that is so nice!, I think I can manage the cost at the moment, little bits here and there aren’t too bad, it’s the tests and consultations that are the ones that I cant do (after Dr Lam draining my account to the point of closure). I will up my magnesium though. I have no idea when your message was ‘reported’ though? but thank you, really.

My urine is completely crystal clear, all the time, I used to be a 8 glasses a day person, ive reduced it massively now, its more about if I drink anything it comes out immediately. Going to an appointment or the shops or a drive is a nightmare, I have to avoid drinking anything, and then I get dehydrated. Strangely when I wake at 2am, my pee is dehydration level, dark orange, but clear the rest of the day. I don’t seem to be able to retain water. I do take on extra salt all the time but to no avail.
