Wired,

It sounds to me like you are going through many withdrawals at once! I know the hell of a nicotine withdrawal itself, but couple that with medication withdrawal, plus AF...no wonder you are feeling the way you are.

I went through a similar experience. If I were you I would back off of everything for a while and let your body stabilize.Make yourself a big pot of bone broth/veggie soup and sip on that for a few days. Rest, and salt your water substantially. Stay hydrated even if you are peeing alot.

You might be having issues with metals too. I went through aluminum toxicity myself (from years of using anti-perspirant deodorant!) and it was anxiety hell! Everything you describe. I was there. Had to be monitored 24-7 by friends and family because I was determined to kill myself. I am still detoxing the aluminum, although my symptoms aren't as severe. I still wake up from time to time with racing heart and thoughts.

Vitamin C will stir up hidden metals, which is why Lam's protocol fails so many. I was doing it, taking megadoses of liposomal C. It helped for a few months but then when it started mobilizing that aluminum and mercury it felt like I was right back where I started.

When I got on NB and committed to it, it was much more gentle on my body and I slowly started to gain back my sanity. Get yourself the hair test and see what's going on.

SSRIs are not the answer! They will only make you worse in the long run. They will add more metals to your body and stress your liver even more.
MDs, Endos, neurologists...they are all worthless. I spent a week in the hospital last month due to stroke like symptoms and the neurologist did not once mention lyme. You have to ask for it, and hope that they will actually give you the test and not look at you like you grew a third eye. Aside from that, most standard lyme tests are very unreliable anyway.

Best thing you can do right now is give your body a chance to catch up with itself.

Feel better, we are here for you :)
