yes its def hard, but after awhile you won't even crave that kind of food like that esp when there's so many other good options out there and it's not even worth it in the first place. it takes time, i used to eat like a box of little debbies in one evening and now i rarely do (and not a whole box) because there's a better alternative lurking around the corner. i just got to the point if there's a better choice i can make why not?
