I don't know why your hands are shaking. Maybe you are nervous for some reason? Have you started the Paleo Diet yet? When you give up all bread & grains, you will typically suffer from withdrawal symptoms for a few weeks. Grains are VERY addictive. Trembling hands can also be a symptom of hyperthyroid.

IMO, 2 glasses of wine = very good & very healthy, especially red wine. Soda pop = VERY BAD, very unhealthy. Doesn't matter if it is diet pop or not. I suggest drinking water instead of pop. Bottled water that is free of fluoride. Or distilled water. If your city water has fluoride in it, do not drink it. The fluoride messes up your thyroid and your prostate. I assume you are a man?

Get in the habit of taking your temperature every day. If your temp is below 98.6 your are hypothyroid. If above 98.6 you are likely hyper. Charting your temp:
